TeleSpeed Extended Coverage Area Services (ECA) |
Mango Bay offers its customers service in Mango
Bay's extended coverage areas, through partnerships with a variety of providers. Some aspects of ECA (Extended Coverage Area) services differ from
Mango Bay standard services.
• There will be no SLA available for delay, service availability or time restore service (TTR).
• Only the Efficient (Siemens) CPE will be available with ECA services. The customer-provided CPE option will not be available with ECA services.
• While customers can still access SMART, not all functionality will be available and some information might not be updated in real time. ECA services will be installed by a Covad partner rather than a Covad technician.

• Order TeleSpeed DSL Internet service and try it for 30 days
• If you are not totally satisfied, we will refund all installation, equipment, and monthly service fees charged, and discontinue your service agreement without further obligation.
TeleSpeed Business DSL service requires a one year
minimum contract.

One email address is defined by your Mango Bay username, which you
choose when ordering Mango Bay service. You may define and change the
other 14 addresses as needed in Mango Bay's SMART Account Managerment
Tool.
• 15 MB of web space at Mango Bay domain.
Here you can host your own Web pages, accessing by uploading
content to Mango Bay's servers via FTP.

Get UNLIMITED dial-up Internet access before your DSL
installation is complete. Once your DSL service is installed, your
TeleSoho service comes with
• 10 hours per month of dial-up Internet access
• Additional time is available for $1.50 per hour.
TeleSpeed Business DSL service is available in speeds ranging
from 144 kbps (kilobits per second) to 1.5 Mbps (megabits per
second).
• All speeds are symmetrical, meaning that downloads and uploads
are equally fast.
• TeleSpeed Business DSL is SDSL and comes with Service Level
Aggreements guaranteeing your speed.
• The actual speed available at your location depends on proximity
to the telephone company's Central Offices (COs).
• If you find you're not close enough to get the bandwidth you
need, you may want to consider our TeleXtend Business T1 Internet
service
All computers on the Internet have unique identifying numbers,
called an IP Addresses. For your business network, you can have
• A single address that identifies your business, with multiple
internal addresses (addresses not available outside of your
business - this is NAT)
• A unique Internet address for every computer in your network.
With TeleSpeed service you can selected from the following standard
IP options
• NAT (One external IP address and 256 internal - easiest to set

Other Computer Equipment
Most likely, you will not have to add or change any computer
equipment other than the DSL Modem unless you have an older PC that
does not have an a 10Base-T Ethernet network interface card
(10BaseTNIC). Newer computers often include this card. In the event
that you do have an older computer, a card generally can be
purchased to install into your computer to enable the Ethernet
capability not have a NIC in your computer, you can purchase one at
virtually any computer store. Please Note: Mango Bay will not install
any network cards (Ethernet) during the installation process, you
must have 10Base-T (Ethernet) network cards installed and working
prior to self-installation or Mango Bay technician arrival. 1Not
available with TeleSpeed ECA (Extended Coverage Area) service.
